Sandaii LLC ("Sandaii", "we", "us") wants you to feel confident in your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases.

Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. After 30 days, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

How to Request a Refund

Our orders are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds are handled directly by Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Select the order and follow the prompts to request a refund.
3. Alternatively, you may contact us through our contact page and we will help coordinate with Paddle.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly and faster than a card dispute.
